Built in 1987 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Arepar complex has a total of 40 two bedroomed self catering apartments, which are distributed between two 2-storey buildings, and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex have two bedrooms, one twin and one with L-shaped bunk beds, and come equipped with a modern en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with two electric rings, a small oven, kettle, toaster and fridge, with optional microwave oven also available for hire, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa-beds and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all guest rooms on the complex are also provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bars, laundry and medical services, an on-site supermarket and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Guests staying at the Arepar Apartments are also welcome to use the leisure facilities of the adjacent Aparthotel Isla Paraiso which includes a children's playground and mini club along with both pool and table tennis tables.

The Aparthotel Isla Paraiso also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
