Built in 1985 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern low rise Biniforcat complex is a small development of 40 two bedroomed self catering apartments, each of which is equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with microwave, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, per to view satellite television and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Biniforcat Apartments are welcome to use the facilities and services at the nearby Los Lentiscos Apartments which includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with a small on-site supermarket, launderette and snack bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available at the Los Lentiscos Apartments includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground, as well as a gymnasium, Jacuzzi, sauna, a hard surface tennis court and a football pitch.
