Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1998, the modern low rise Binimar complex has a total of 404 guest rooms, including 396 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 8 Suites, which are built over 2 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a modern fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with microwave oven, 2 electric cooking rings, a kettle, toaster and refrigerator, and a combined lounge/dining room with two additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen one a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, a small on-site supermarket, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults along with two further children's splash pools, and spacious sun terraces and gardens that are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with a multi sports activity area and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Binimar Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
