Built in 2000, the modern low rise Cabo de Baņos complex is a small development of 42 self catering apartments and studio flats that are distributed between four 2 storey buildings. All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ceramic hob and kitchenware for 4 people, and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, pay to view satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. All guest rooms are cleaned, and towels changed, twice per week whilst bed linen is changed once per week.

Guests staying at the Cabo de Baņos Apartments are welcome to use the facilities and services at the nearby Los Lentiscos Apartments which includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services, and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a small on-site supermarket, launderette and a snack bar offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus.

Sporting and leisure facilities available at the Los Lentiscos Apartments includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground, as well as a cardiovascular gymnasium with Jacuzzi and sauna, and a hard surface tennis court and a football pitch.

The Los Lentiscos Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment, with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
