Built in 1989 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Cala Blanca complex is a small development of 17 two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors around a small central pool area. All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
