Built in 1987, the modern low rise Castell Sol complex has a total of 42 self catering apartments, including 14 with one bedroom and a further 28 with two bedrooms, all of which are set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex have a modern fully fitted bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with microwave oven, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange desk, and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned restaurant specialising in English food, including "Full English Breakfasts" and "Sunday Roasts", as well as a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
