Built in 1996 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2003, the modern low rise Club Mar Blau complex is a small development of 43 single storey one bedroomed villas, which are built in blocks of 4 or 5, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either centrally heated or air conditioned according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television and a furnished terrace with sea views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a small reception area with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room for late departures, a games room and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
