Built in 1976 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern Hamilton Court complex has a total of 85 self catering apartments, each with either one, two or three bedrooms, which are built over 7 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the beach.

All guest rooms on the complex are privately owned, so furnishings will therefore vary between apartments, however, all apartments will typically come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, (the three bedroom apartments have two bathrooms), along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental from the reception, a satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's pool side playground and "Kidzone" children's club running six days per week.
