Built in 2008, the modern low rise Hotel Casas Del Lago has a total of 68 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, deluxe Suites and studios, all of which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area overlooking the marina.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television with music channels, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, two apartments at the Hotel Casas Del Lago have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a pool side snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large "L" shaped outdoor swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Casas Del Lago also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring archery, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

In recognition of the high levels of overall customer satisfaction, the Hotel Casas Del Lago has been awarded the Thomas Cook Marque of Excellence Award 2007.
