Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern low rise Hotel Club Andria has a total of 212 guest rooms, including 76 double rooms, 60 singles and a further 76 self catering apartments, all of which are built over 2 floors and set amidst 2,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a modern fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with two electric cooking rings and a refrigerator, and a combined lounge/dining room with a ceiling fan, additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with a multi sports activity area for football and volleyball etc, a mini golf course, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Club Andria also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows twice each week.
