Built in 1978 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Hotel Confortel Sol Parc has a total of 272 guest rooms, all of which come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a lounge with additional sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and two electric rings, ceiling fan, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have pool and garden views.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, a games room, air conditioned buffet style restaurant, supermarket and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, and sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols, as well as a tennis court and mini golf. In addition to the above, the Confortel Sol Parc complex is a short walk from the only golf course on Menorca the 18 hole Golf Son Parc.

The Hotel Confortel Sol Parc also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities featuring rifle shooting, archery and aerobics as well as a children's mini club and evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
