Built in 1989 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2002, the modern low rise Hotel Eden Binibeca has a total of 73 guest rooms including 61 studios and 12 apartments which are built over 2 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either centrally heated or air conditioned according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a kitchenette with crockery, fridge and microwave, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have pool or garden views. In addition to the above 2 rooms have also been specially adapted for disabled guests and all guest rooms at the hotel are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry service and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a choice of 4 outdoor freshwater swimming pools with separate children's pool and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols.
