Built in 1973 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the low rise Hotel Madrid has a total of 14 guest rooms, including 13 twin rooms and 1 single, which are built over 3 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television and safety deposit box available for rental. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a restaurant where a generous buffet breakfast is served each day, and a lounge bar.
