Built in 2006, the modern low rise Hotel Port Ciutadella has a total of 94 guest rooms, including 68 twin rooms, 8 singles, 14 Junior Suites and a further 4 Suites, all of which are built over two floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, ADSL Internet access, a satellite television, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have sea views. In addition to the above features, 4 rooms have been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Port Ciutadella also offers the use of 2 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, seating up to a maximum of 280 people, both of which are equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids, including ADSL internet access.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a smaller indoor heated pool with gymnasium, sauna, Jacuzzi and Turkish bath.

In recognition of the Set Hotel Group's high standards of customer care and management systems, the Hotel Port Ciutadella has been awarded the internationally recognised Spanish Tourism Quality Institute ´Q´ quality mark which is only granted to establishments which meet the highest standards of continuous improvement in all services.
