Built in 2001, the modern low rise Hotel Viva Menorca complex has a total of 164 one bedroom self catering apartments that are distributed between 4 two storey buildings and set amidst 4,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with microwave oven and refrigerator and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television with music channel, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for hire and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, 4 rooms have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen every 2 days.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a smaller indoor heated pool with sauna and Jacuzzi, along with a children's playground and mini club and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Viva Menorca also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring archery, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
