Built in 2001, the modern low rise Hotel Viva Menorca complex has a total of 164 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between 4 two storey buildings, and set amidst almost 4,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, microwave oven and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television with music channel, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, 4 apartments at the Hotel Viva Menorca have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen every 2 days.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club, and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Hotel Viva Menorca also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Spa and Wellness Centre, which features an additional indoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and sauna, as well as offering a variety of other massage treatments.

The Hotel Viva Menorca also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring archery, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
