Built in 1985, the modern low rise Las Yucas complex is a small development of 17 three bedroom self catering apartments, each of which is equipped with 2 fully fitted "en suite" bathrooms with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven and toaster, a combined lounge/dining with additional sofa beds, and a terrace with exterior views over the pool and garden area.

Guest facilities on offer includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a snack bar, along with a mini-golf course and children's playground.
