Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern low rise Los Lentiscos complex has a total of 220 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over two floors, and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with microwave oven, toaster, ceramic hob and refrigerator, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, pay to view satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services, and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a small on-site supermarket, launderette and a snack bar offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground, as well as a cardiovascular gymnasium with Jacuzzi and sauna, and a hard surface tennis court and a football pitch.

The Los Lentiscos Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment, with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
