Built in 1973 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2006, the modern low rise Marina complex has a total of 89 guest rooms, offering a choice of one, two and three bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over three floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the sea towards the nearby island of Mallorca.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar at the nearby Hotel Cala'n Bosch, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes 2 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, one of which has an integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Guests staying at the Marina Apartments are also welcome to use the leisure facilities at the adjacent Hotel Cala'n Bosch, which includes a further outdoor swimming pool, along with a children's playground and mini club, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Cala'n Bosch also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring archery, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
