Part of the Set Group of hotels, the 2 key Mestral and Llebeig Apartments are situated around 200
metres from the beach, in the quiet resort of Santo Tomas on the central southern coast of Menorca.
The apartments are approximately 25km west of the capital Mahon and the International Aeropuerto
de Menorca airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find
a small selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Built in 1989 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2005, the modern low rise Mestral and Llebeig complex has a total of 126 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between 14 two storey buildings and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area. All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and "Pinxo" mini club running several times each week. In recognition of the Set Group's high standards of environmental management, the Mestral and Llebeig Apartments have been awarded the internationally recognised certificate of ISO 14001:2004, as well as the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute "Q" quality mark which is only granted to establishments which meet the highest standards of continuous improvement in all services.
