Built in 1985 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern low rise Roc Menorca Mar complex has a total of 70 one bedroom bungalow style self catering apartments, that are set amidst 6,500m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, refrigerator, microwave oven and toaster, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, and a small terrace, most of which have exterior views over the garden and pool area.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a cafeteria/snack bar, serving meals throughout most of the day, public internet terminals and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Roc Menorca Mar Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring archery, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
