Built in 1993 and fully renovated during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Ses Abeurades complex is a small development of 37 one and two bedroomed self catering apartments that are built over 3 floors, and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with two electric cooking rings and refrigerator, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange desk, and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a snack bar, games room, laundry and medical services and a lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Ses Abeurades Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with live music and other professional shows several times each week.
