Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern low rise Son Blanc Cottage complex has a total of 95 self catering studio apartments, which are distributed between a 3 storey main building and a further 2 storey annex block, and set amidst almost 4,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooker and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.
