Designed as a small village, the modern low rise Talayot complex has a total of 130 one and two bedroom self catering apartments which are built over 2 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided twice weekly, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services, a large on-site supermarket and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a choice of 4 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools, one of which has a slide and diving board, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with a multi sports activity area for paddle tennis, basketball, volleyball and football etc, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Talayot Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
