Tirant Playa Apartments - Playas de Fornells

Part of the T R H Group of hotels, the 3 key rated Tirant Playa Apartments are situated around 100 metres from the Cala Tirant beach in the quiet resort of Playas de Fornells on the rugged north coast of Menorca.

The apartments are approximately 30km north west of the capital Mahon and the international Aeropuerto de Menorca airport, and a short walk from the village centre where you will find a small selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

Built in 1998, the modern low rise Tirant Playa complex has a total of 91 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors and set amidst almost 10,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with 2 electric cooking rings, microwave oven and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with a ceiling fan, 2 additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.
