The 3 key Vista Picas Apartments are situated around 800 metres from the beach in the popular resort of Cala'n Forcat on the rugged west coast of Menorca. The apartments are approximately 50km west of the capital Mahon and the International Aeropuerto de Menorca airport, and 5km north west of the historic City of Ciutadella.

The modern low rise Vista Picas complex has a total of 84 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between 8 two storey buildings, and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a modern fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with four electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception desk with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services, and a snack bar with satellite television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Vista Picas Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring football and aqua aerobics, along with evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
