Built in 1995, the modern low rise Mar Playa Blanca complex has a total of 57 self catering apartments and studio flats which are built over 2 floors around a small central pool area. All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with a fridge, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services and a lounge bar, along with a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces that are furnished with loungers and parasols.
