The modern low rise Rayma complex is a small development of 16 one and two bedroom self catering apartments. All apartments on the complex have an independent entrance, and come equipped with a modern en-suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette, a combined lounge/dining area with sofa beds and a safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided twice a week, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with luggage rooms for late departures, as well as a small snack bar/cafeteria. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
